Commenting on the start of active construction in Nyvky and the features of the first new project, Oleksiy Koval notes:
“This year, we plan to launch two new projects. One is already under active construction — New Tone RC in Nyvky. It belongs to the comfort class, but leans closer to business class: open-block quarters, with significant attention paid to landscaping and infrastructure.”
Elaborating on the concept of the second residential complex in Pozniaky, the head of the development firm highlights the company’s refreshed approaches to housing quality standards:
“Our second project is the capital’s Live it RC, serving as the fourth phase of ‘Lebedynyi’ RC in Pozniaky. This one also features an interesting concept that represents our reimagining — a ‘work on past mistakes,’ so to speak. Overall, these projects represent our new ‘comfort’ standard: designer finishes in common areas and high-quality layouts.”
Separately, Perfect Group’s CEO announced the return to executing their flagship project in Demiyivka thanks to securing additional investment:
“Riverdale is our crown jewel, one we worked on for a very long time. However, because large-scale projects were at their initial stages, we were forced to pause this project. We have now secured a financial partner for it, with the restart scheduled for September.”
