Speaking about the background of the program and the active preparation phase for its launch in partnership with the financial sector, Perfect Group CEO Oleksiy Koval notes:
“We see a demand for renovation services and are developing a program that we plan to launch in October. Currently, we are designing optimal layout and interior solutions, with the ‘7 KVARTAL’ residential complex serving as the pilot project. We are striving to make this service as affordable as possible in collaboration with banks. We are now awaiting final proposals from banks to ensure the renovation credit is as accessible as a consumer loan.”
To radically accelerate the pace of work and significantly reduce the final budget, the company is moving away from traditional methods in favor of modern tech-driven solutions sourced from a major exhibition in China.
“These panels, similar to HPL panels, will allow us to transform basic renovation technologies. Typically, workers apply initial plastering, smooth rendering, and then paint or wallpaper the walls. Now, we will install these panels directly, cutting both turn-around time and cost. Moreover, this material features soundproofing properties,” shares Oleksiy Koval.
Beyond creating a convenient service for investors who currently face a severe shortage of skilled tradespeople, the company aims to resolve a crucial internal challenge: retaining its own workforce through the winter season.
