Perfect Group continues to implement its portfolio consolidation strategy, focusing its resources on key developments, particularly those managed independently by the company. This approach allows for the most efficient use of management and construction expertise, accelerating work rates while guaranteeing high quality standards.
As part of this strategy, we have concluded our participation in the Philadelphia and Franklin projects, which are now under the sole management of SAGA Development. This decision was made back in the spring of 2025 and is the result of a shared vision between both companies regarding the development of their respective portfolios.
Importantly, no changes will occur for the investors of these properties. SAGA Development remains our reliable partner and continues to realize these projects. All details have already been communicated or will be shared personally in the near future.
In today’s market, core demand is focused on housing with a high degree of completion or properties that have already been commissioned. This means developers finance construction with their own funds for longer periods, and returns only materialize upon completion. Consequently, we are concentrating our efforts on projects where we can maximize our core strengths and resources.
