Section 101

• Brick masonry works have commenced.

Section 102

• Facade brick masonry has been completed.
• Interior wall brick masonry is 95% complete.
• External wall insulation is 100% complete from the 2nd to the 10th floor on the Ye. Konovaltsia St. side.
• Glazing is 100% complete from the 2nd to the 10th floor on the Ye. Konovaltsia St. side.
• The framing for the ventilated facade installation has been completed.
• These works are 85% complete from the inner courtyard side.
• Stormwater drainage installation works have commenced.

Section 103

• Facade brick masonry has been fully completed from the 2nd to the 18th floor.
• Stormwater drainage from the roof to the basement has been fully completed.

Section 106

• Facade insulation on the side facing the exit to Predslavynska St. has been fully finished.
• The aluminum guide rail framing has been completed.
• Clinker system cladding is currently underway.

Section 107

• Stormwater drainage installation works have commenced.

Section 108

• 284 m³ of concrete was poured.
• The monolithic framework has been fully completed up to the 10th floor, including the 10th-floor slab.

Section 110

• 150 m³ of concrete was poured.
• A section of the floor slab over the -2 level on the Predslavynska St. side has been completed.
• Level -3 has been completed from the inner courtyard side.

Parking

• 50% of the floor slab over the -5 level has been completed.
• The floor slab over the -4 level is 40% complete in terms of shuttering and reinforcement.

Other works

• 562 m³ of concrete was poured.
• 185 m³ of brick masonry was completed over the month.
• Finishing works in utility rooms (individual heating substation, pump room, electrical switchboard room) are underway—specifically, flooring installation and wall preparation for plastering and painting.

Clubhouse La Manche

• Facade insulation of Section 5 with 150 mm mineral wool.

• Engineering works for the installation of steel structures.

• In November:

  • Installation of Gemafon (10 mm) has commenced as preparation for cement-sand screed flooring in the apartments.

  • Apartment-by-apartment installation of hot and cold water pipes has begun (2 floors are already completed).

  • Cable routing is planned ahead of plastering works (Section 4).

Apart-hotel VELMY

• Concreting of the foundation slab for Block A at the -6.600 mark has been completed.
• Construction of vertical structural elements—walls, columns, pylons, and elevator shafts—has commenced (Blocks A and B).
• Concreting of vertical elements was carried out from the -6.600 mark to the -3.300 mark (Blocks A and B).
• Approximately 25% of the vertical structural elements have been concreted in each block.
• At the -6.600 mark, 100% of thermal insulation inserts have been installed and balconies have been poured (Block A) (complete with gutters, bevels, and slopes). Concreting of the parapet has been completed.
• Simultaneously with the concrete works, waterproofing of the underground structure is being installed from the retaining wall side (Block B).
• Foundation insulation is being applied to the frost depth at the -6.600 and -8.000 marks (Block B).

Additionally, as part of the concreting works, grounding and lightning protection systems are being installed in Blocks A and B.

Polaris Home&Plaza RC

Sections 4.1–3.3 — Finishing works in technical utility rooms have commenced (floor screed installation has been completed, and wall finishing works have begun).

Section 3.2 — Installation of window structures on the 22nd floor has been finalized; glazing works on the 23rd floor have commenced.

Section 3.1 — Monolithic structural works: construction of the floor slab over the 24th floor and vertical elements of the 25th floor has been completed. Masonry works for walls and partitions on the 7th floor have been finished, and brick masonry works for walls and partitions on the 8th–9th floors have begun.

Section 2.2 — Monolithic structural works: construction of floor slabs over the 4th–5th floors and vertical elements of the 4th–5th floors has been finalized. Construction works on the 6th floor have commenced.

In total, 901 m³ of concrete was poured during October 2025.
