Additionally, insulation works on parapets, partitions, boiler room walls, and ventilation shafts using the wet facade technique are ongoing on the roof of sections 102-103.
Works on the boiler room of section 106 are nearing completion, and preparatory activities for the boiler room of section 103 have commenced.

- formwork for the 4th-floor slab is 50% complete
- reinforcement cage for the 4th-floor slab is 90% complete
- masonry for internal and external walls of the 1st and 2nd floors is finished
- internal wall masonry on the 3rd floor is 20% complete
Block В
- vertical elements of the 3rd floor are 95% complete
- formwork installation and reinforcement for the 3rd-floor slab are 90% complete
- internal wall masonry on the 1st floor is finished
Stage 2
- tension anchors for the 1st tier retaining wall are 90% complete
Additionally, the pile field for the stylobate of blocks A and B is 100% complete

Section 4
- cement-sand floor screed is completed from the 2nd to the 10th floor
- installation of decorative elements around the windows has commenced
Section 5
- technical concealed doors have been installed from the 2nd to the 8th floor
- apartment entrance doors are installed from the 2nd to the 3rd floor
- plastering and painting of window reveals are ongoing
- installation of porcelain stoneware tiles on balconies is in progress
- a portion of the decorative window elements and ACP (aluminum composite panel) partition cappings have been completed

Section 4.1
- 450 m² of facade insulation, 1,710 m² of facade reinforcement, 1,500 m² of decorative plastering, and 235 m² of facade painting have been completed
- wall finishing in common areas from the 3rd to the 26th floor and floor tiling in common areas from the 11th to the 26th floor are completed
Section 3.3
- 1,020 m² of facade insulation, 1,700 m² of reinforcement, 780 m² of decorative plastering, and 600 m² of painting have been completed
- wall plastering in common areas from the 12th to the 26th floor is completed
- installation of water supply manifolds, shut-off and control valves for heating and water risers, and installation of heating outlets in the elevator zone have been carried out

- 2,080 m² of facade insulation, 3,035 m² of reinforcement, and 750 m² of decorative plastering have been completed
- wall plastering in common areas from the 12th to the 26th floor and installation of floor screed from the 24th to the 26th floor are completed

- installation of the floor slab above the 26th floor is completed, and work on the monolithic parapet has commenced

- installation of the floor slab above the 19th floor and the vertical elements of this level is completed; vertical elements of the 20th floor are also finished. Currently, work on the floor slab above the 20th floor is in progress.
Section 2.1
- vertical elements of the lift and stair core on the 2nd floor are completed, and reinforcement of the core’s floor slab above the 2nd floor is finished
Parking
- excavation of the foundation pit is approximately 90% complete, and the installation of crushed stone and lean concrete bedding is approximately 60% complete
A total of 880 m³ of concrete was poured over the month.


New Tone RC
Section 1.1
- concreting of the 2nd part of the 3rd-floor structural core is completed
- installation of the reinforcement cage for the 3rd-floor slab is in progress
Section 1.2
- concreting of the 7th-floor slab is completed
- concreting of the 8th-floor vertical elements is completed
Scaffolding and formwork for the arch between sections 1.1 and 2.3 have been installed; the reinforcement cage for the arch covering is currently being mounted.
A total of 121.8 m³ of concrete was placed on-site during the month of April.
