Construction in March 2026: work completed during the month

March proved to be a highly productive month for Perfect Group’s ongoing projects. Improving weather conditions allowed for a significant acceleration in the pace of construction.

Stanford Residential complex

Section 101 

  • Brickwork for external and internal walls is ongoing on the 3rd, 5th, 13th, and 7th floors. 340 m³ were completed over the month.
  • Brickwork has now been completed on the 2nd, 4th, 6th, 8th, 9th, and 12th floors.

Section 102 

  • The piping of storm drainage risers is being performed.
  • Work is underway on the installation of water supply and sewage risers.
  • Wet facade: preparatory work for the insulation of parapets and ventilation shafts on the roof is in progress.
  • The installation of the ventilated facade on typical floors facing the inner courtyard is nearing completion.

Section 103 

  • Brickwork is nearing completion on the 7th and 14th floors.
  • 40 m³ of brickwork were completed during the month.
  • The installation of cement-sand floor screed has begun.

Section 106 

  • The piping of storm drainage risers is being performed.
  • The installation of the ventilated facade on typical floors is nearing completion.

Section 109 

  • 123 m³ of concrete were poured.
  • Construction of the 1st residential floor has been completed.
  • Vertical elements of the 2nd floor (reinforced concrete frame) have been completed.
  • Formwork installation for the floor slab above the 2nd floor is currently in progress.

Parking 

  • 388 m³ of concrete were poured.
  • Work is nearing completion on the -3 level, specifically the construction of exit ramps for vehicles (“helices”).
  • Level -2: Construction of the vertical elements is currently in progress.
  • The floor slab above level -2 is 45% complete.

Apart-hotel VELMY

Throughout March and the first days of April, a wide range of works were completed. As of April 14, the project’s progress is as follows:

Block А

  • The masonry of external and internal walls on the 1st floor, the 3rd-floor slab, and the installation of staircases between the 1st and 2nd floors are 100% complete.
  • 25% of the vertical elements on the 4th floor have been completed.
  • Additionally, balconies on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floors are 100% complete.

Block В

  • The 2nd-floor slab and the installation of staircases between the 1st and 2nd floors are 100% complete.
  • At 80% completion: vertical elements of the 3rd floor, waterproofing of external walls, and backfilling (wall-to-soil).
  • Formwork for the 3rd-floor slab is 35% complete.
  • Masonry using ceramic blocks and bricks on the 1st floor is 20% complete.

Stage 2

  • The retaining wall beam is 80% complete.

Polaris Home&Plaza Residental complex

A massive volume of work was completed at the Polaris Home&Plaza residential complex throughout March. In just one month, 1,220 cubic meters of concrete were poured.

Section 4.1 

  • The vapor barrier installation for window mounting joints has been completed.
  • The installation of facade insulation with dowel fastening is ongoing (over 85% completed), alongside the application of a reinforcing layer with fiberglass mesh installation.
  • The installation of radiators in elevator lobbies and stairwells is currently in progress.
  • Floor screeding and plastering on the 3rd floor have been completed, along with the installation of apartment doors on the same floor.

Section 3.3 

  • Vapor barrier installation for external window mounting joints has been completed.
  • The installation of facade insulation with dowel fastening is ongoing, alongside the application of a reinforcing layer and fiberglass mesh.
  • The installation of equipment for boiler house No. 1 has been completed, and system testing has been conducted.
  • The delivery of apartment doors is currently in progress.
  • The installation of water supply and heating pipelines, as well as the electrical networks for common areas, has been completed.

Section 3.2 

  • Brickwork is ongoing in the cold transition areas.
  • Vapor barrier installation for external window mounting joints has been completed (over 50% progress).
  • The installation of facade insulation with dowel fastening is ongoing, alongside the application of a reinforcing layer and fiberglass mesh.
  • The installation of window structures on the 26th floor has been completed.
  • Work has begun on laying electrical networks, floor screeding, and plastering the stairwells.

Section 3.1 

  • The installation of windows up to the 9th floor has been completed.
  • The masonry of walls is ongoing from the 13th to the 19th floors.

Section 2.2 

  • The installation of floor slabs above floors 14–18 and the vertical elements has been completed. Work has begun on the installation of vertical elements for the 19th floor.

Section 2.1 

  • The installation of vertical elements for the 1st floor staircase and elevator block (SEB), as well as the floor slab above the 1st floor SEB, has been completed.

La Manche Clubhouse

Thanks to the improved weather, construction at the La Manche club house has picked up speed. In March 2026 alone, the following was achieved:

Section 3

  • The installation of electrical networks in common areas and stairwells has been completed.
  • Plans for April include the installation of water and heating systems, floor screeding, and plastering works.

Section 4

  • The distribution of water and heating networks has been completed from the 2nd to the 7th floors.
  • Plans for April include completing the installation of networks on the remaining floors and performing floor screeding.

Section 5  

  • Facade works are ongoing, with porcelain stoneware installation currently in progress.
