Insulation and the facade system of section 104 have also been completely finished. The exterior landscaping of this section is 100% complete as well.
100% of apartment doors and common area doors have been installed in sections 104 and 105.
In section 106, insulation and the installation of the clinker facade on typical floors have been fully finalized.
Installation of external utility networks (water supply, sewage, and stormwater drainage for the inner courtyard driveway) has been completed, including connections to the municipal grid.
A transformer substation has been installed to supply power to the residential complex, and commissioning works for its connection to the city grid have been successfully carried out.
