– boiler room is 80% ready, ITP and pump room are 99% ready

Parking
– 20-25% of the total volume of the fifth enclosure has been completed
– 50% of the floor slabs of the -5 and -4 floors are ready
– on the -5 floor, vertical elements for the installation of entry and exit ramps (“snails”) have been completed.
230 m³ of concrete was received per month. 150 m³ of brickwork was completed.

Sections 4.1–3.3
– Wall decoration and door installation in technical rooms have been completed.
– Floor tiling is in progress.

– Window structures are being installed on the 24th floor.
Section 3.1
– Monolithic works: vertical elements and floor slab above the 25th floor have been completed.
– Masonry works on the walls of the 8th and 9th floors have been completed.
– Masonry works on the walls of the 10th and 11th floors are in progress.
Section 2.2
– Monolithic works: vertical elements and floor slabs above 6-7 floors completed.
– Vertical elements of the 8th floor completed.
– Arrangement of the floor slab above the 8th floor is in progress.
A total of 742.6 m³ of concrete was received per month.

Block А
- Vertical structures (columns, ventilation units, pylons, external and internal walls) of the 3rd floor are 50% complete.
- The formwork of the 3rd floor floor slab is 50% complete.
Block B
- Vertical elements of the 2nd floor are 100% complete
- Formwork of the 2nd floor floor slab is 70% complete
- Concreting of the 2nd floor slab is 20% complete
- Vertical and horizontal waterproofing is completed and 85% backfilling with crushed stone with layer-by-layer tamping is completed
- Drainage is 100% complete
- Concreting is performed in compliance with the requirements of electric heating of concrete in the winter period.
