In addition, the storm sewer system has been installed and the entire facility has been connected to the city network. Preparation of reinforcing structures for the execution of vertical elements of the -4th floor of the parking lot is underway.

– 70% concreting of the floor slab at -3.3 has been completed

La Manche Clubhouse
Facility readiness as of February 2026:
Sections 6 and 7: Facade work has been fully completed and entrance doors to the apartments have been installed.
Sections 5, 6, 7: Elevators have been installed. Cement-sand screed has also been installed on the floors in the apartments (from floors 2 to 10).
Sections 4, 5, 6, 7: The electrical networks and gypsum plaster in the MZK are 100% complete. Water supply is distributed to the apartments (2–10 floors).
All sections (1–7): Window structures are 100% installed.
Facade work is currently underway on sections 4 and 5 – insulation and installation of porcelain stoneware are underway.
The active phase of construction will start in the spring, when warming will allow work that requires compliance with temperature regimes to be carried out.
