March-April 2026

In March and early April, active construction continued at the VELMY aparthotel, and as of April 14 the project shows steady progress across all blocks. In Block A, key structural elements for the 1st–3rd floors are fully completed, with partial progress on the 4th floor, including vertical elements and balconies. In Block B, the 2nd-floor slab and stair flights are completed, while work continues on the 3rd floor structure, waterproofing, and masonry. In Phase 2, the retaining wall beam is about 80% complete.

February 2026

Apart-hotel VELMY is under active construction: In February 2026, major works on the 3rd floor of Block A were completed, with 75% of the floor slab finished and construction of the 4th floor underway. In Block B and Phase 2, preparatory and construction activities continue (waterproofing, thermal insulation, and retaining wall construction), and the project is moving forward according to schedule.

January 2026

In January 2026, in Block A, the majority of the slab at −3.3 is completed, waterproofing of the lower levels is finished, and the upper level is in progress. In Block B, the slab and vertical structures are ready, and formwork for the next level has begun.

December 2025

In December 2025, in Block A, the slab is partially poured, and work is ongoing on vertical elements, waterproofing, and preparation for masonry. In Block B, the main concrete and waterproofing works are completed, formwork of the lower level is dismantled, and the installation of structures for the next floors has begun.
