May 2026

Despite the external damage to the building caused by the russian shelling, interior construction work in May proceeded strictly on schedule. In sections 4 and 5, apartment and technical doors were actively installed, while in section 3, the foundation for water and heating networks was prepared by laying Gemafon insulation from the 2nd to the 10th floor. Concurrently, builders worked on the waterproofing of balconies in section 4 and laid electrical cables for lighting in common areas across sections 1 and 2.

April 2026

April construction site report from La Manche: we are actively carrying out internal works in Sections 4 and 5, from floor screeding to door installation. Simultaneously, the decoration of facades with ornamental elements continues, so that the building acquires its sophisticated look as soon as possible.

March 2026

With the improvement of weather conditions, construction paces at the La Manche club house significantly accelerated: in March, electrical networks were installed in Section 3, water and heating supply distribution was completed on floors 2–7 in Section 4, and facade works with porcelain stoneware installation continue in Section 5. In April, the continuation of internal works in Section 3 (networks, screed, plastering) and the completion of engineering networks and floor screed in Section 4 are planned.

January 2026

La Manche clubhouse has a high level of readiness: facades are completed in most sections, windows, elevators, and engineering networks are installed, floor screeds and plastering works are done, and currently, insulation and cladding of facades are ongoing with a transition to the active phase of construction in spring.

December 2025

In December 2025, the installation of ACP flashes (composite panels), aluminum subsystems, and porcelain stoneware tiles was carried out at La Manche, facades were insulated with mineral wool, and electrical cabinets and drainage pipes were installed on the balconies.

November 2025

In November, electrical grids and wall plastering were carried out in the corridors and common areas of La Manche, and the installation of electrical switchboards and metal structures began; cement-sand floor screed was completed in Section 5.

October 2025

In October, the installation of plumbing and soundproofing continued at La Manche, and the floor screed was completed on floors 3–6 of Section 5; in Section 4, electrical grids were being laid and plastering was underway, with their completion planned.
