- Technical flush-mount doors have been installed from the 2nd to the 8th floor; apartment doors from the 2nd to the 4th floor.
- Drilling of holes in the balcony concrete for waterproofing and rainwater drainage funnels is underway.

- Apartment doors have been installed up to the 8th floor.
Section 3
- Installation of Gemafon from the 2nd to the 10th floor for the subsequent routing of water and heating supply networks is underway.

Section 4.1
- Facade insulation has been completed — 110 m². Decorative plaster has been applied — 4,750 m². The facade has been painted — 700 m².
- Tiling of floors in common areas has been completed from the 3rd to the 11th floor.
- Work is ongoing on the installation of the decorative layer for walls and ceilings.
Section 3.3
- Facade insulation has been completed — 150 m². Facade reinforcement — 250 m². Application of decorative plaster — 450 m². Facade painting — 275 m².
- Plastering of common area walls from the 3rd to the 11th floor has been completed.
- Installation of apartment and technical doors from the 3rd to the 26th floor is 90% complete.
Section 3.2
- Facade insulation has been completed — 500 m². Facade reinforcement — 400 m². Application of decorative plaster — 700 m². Facade painting — 400 m².
- Plastering of common area walls from the 3rd to the 12th floor has been completed.
- Floor screed installation from the 18th to the 23rd floor has been carried out.
- Installation of heating and water supply pipes from the 3rd to the 18th floor is ongoing.

- Brickwork of the 20th floor has been completed. Brickwork continues on the 14th, 15th, 17th, 21st, and 22nd floors. Work has commenced on the 23rd floor.
- Window installation from the 9th to the 13th floor has been completed.
Section 2.2
- Installation of the floor slab over the 21st floor and vertical structures of this level has been completed.
Section 2.1
- Vertical structures of the elevator and stair core on the 3rd floor are complete.
- Reinforcement of the elevator and stair core floor slab over the 3rd floor is 60% complete.
Parking
- Installation of the concrete bedding and monolithic foundation works have been completed.
In total, between May 1 and May 31, 2,429.5 m³ of concrete were poured at the site.


New Tone RC
Section 1.1
- The 3rd-floor floor slab and vertical structures are complete.
- Reinforcement of the 4th-floor floor slab has commenced.
Section 1.2
- 10 flights of stairs have been installed.
Section 2.3
- Reinforcement and concreting of basement walls and vertical structures are partially complete.
In addition, the arch covering for sections 1.1 – 2.3 has been completed. Over the past month, 264 m³ of concrete were poured at the site.
