Construction in May 2026: work completed during the month

May 2026 became yet another productive period for the company. Over the course of this month, a significant volume of construction processes was successfully completed across five active Perfect Group project sites.

Stanford RC

Section 101 

  • Installation of window structures is ongoing.

Section 102 

  • In progress: routing of heating and water supply systems across apartments and installation of floor screed.
  • In the final stages: facade work on the inner courtyard side.

Section 103 

  • Routing of heating and water supply systems across apartments and installation of floor screed are ongoing.
  • Insulation of parapets and ventilation shafts is underway.

Section 106 

  • Facade work on the basement floor facing the inner courtyard is nearing completion.
  • In the final stages: installation of fire protection systems.

Section 109 

  • The monolithic structure of the 5th residential floor has been completed, and construction of the 6th-floor vertical elements is underway.
  • 218.1 m³ of concrete were poured.

Parking 

  • The floor slab over the -2 floor has been completed, and work on the construction of the -1 floor is ongoing.
  • 379.8 m³ of concrete were poured.

Apart-hotel VELMY

Block А

  • Concreting of the 4th-floor slab has been completed.
  • Vertical structures of the 5th floor are 40% complete.
  • Setting up the horizontal shuttering for the 5th-floor slab is 25% complete.
  • Laying of external and internal walls made of ceramic blocks on the 3rd floor is 100% complete.
  • Laying of internal walls and partitions made of solid clay bricks on the 3rd floor is 25% complete.
  • Installation of aluminum window and door units for the 1st-floor terrace access is 100% complete, and 10% complete on the 2nd floor.

Block В

  • Vertical structures and concreting of the 3rd-floor slab have been completed.
  • Vertical structures of the 4th floor are 45% complete.
  • Setting up the horizontal shuttering for the 4th-floor slab is 20% complete.
  • Laying of internal walls on the 1st floor has been completed.

Stylobate between blocks A and B

  • Trimming of piles to the design horizontal level is 15% complete.
  • Excavation and removal of soil from the transition tunnel between blocks A and B are 85% complete.

Phase 2

  • Installation and tensioning of tieback anchors on the 1st tier of the retaining wall are 100% complete.
  • Soil excavation and removal from the Block E pit are 5% complete.

La Manche Clubhouse

Section 4

  • Technical flush-mount doors have been installed from the 2nd to the 8th floor; apartment doors from the 2nd to the 4th floor.
  • Drilling of holes in the balcony concrete for waterproofing and rainwater drainage funnels is underway.

Section 5

  • Apartment doors have been installed up to the 8th floor.

Section 3

  • Installation of Gemafon from the 2nd to the 10th floor for the subsequent routing of water and heating supply networks is underway.

Section 2 

  • Installation of electrical grids in common areas for lighting has been completed.

  • Work has commenced on the installation of electrical grids in common areas.

Polaris Home&Plaza RC

Section 4.1 

  • Facade insulation has been completed — 110 m². Decorative plaster has been applied — 4,750 m². The facade has been painted — 700 m².
  • Tiling of floors in common areas has been completed from the 3rd to the 11th floor.
  • Work is ongoing on the installation of the decorative layer for walls and ceilings.

Section 3.3 

  • Facade insulation has been completed — 150 m². Facade reinforcement — 250 m². Application of decorative plaster — 450 m². Facade painting — 275 m².
  • Plastering of common area walls from the 3rd to the 11th floor has been completed.
  • Installation of apartment and technical doors from the 3rd to the 26th floor is 90% complete.

Section 3.2 

  • Facade insulation has been completed — 500 m². Facade reinforcement — 400 m². Application of decorative plaster — 700 m². Facade painting — 400 m².
  • Plastering of common area walls from the 3rd to the 12th floor has been completed.
  • Floor screed installation from the 18th to the 23rd floor has been carried out.
  • Installation of heating and water supply pipes from the 3rd to the 18th floor is ongoing.

Section 3.1 

  • Brickwork of the 20th floor has been completed. Brickwork continues on the 14th, 15th, 17th, 21st, and 22nd floors. Work has commenced on the 23rd floor.
  • Window installation from the 9th to the 13th floor has been completed.

Section 2.2 

  • Installation of the floor slab over the 21st floor and vertical structures of this level has been completed.

Section 2.1 

  • Vertical structures of the elevator and stair core on the 3rd floor are complete.
  • Reinforcement of the elevator and stair core floor slab over the 3rd floor is 60% complete.

Parking

  • Installation of the concrete bedding and monolithic foundation works have been completed.

In total, between May 1 and May 31, 2,429.5 m³ of concrete were poured at the site.

New Tone RC

Section 1.1

  • The 3rd-floor floor slab and vertical structures are complete.
  • Reinforcement of the 4th-floor floor slab has commenced.

Section 1.2

  • 10 flights of stairs have been installed.

Section 2.3

  • Reinforcement and concreting of basement walls and vertical structures are partially complete.

In addition, the arch covering for sections 1.1 – 2.3 has been completed. Over the past month, 264 m³ of concrete were poured at the site.
