In May, construction at the New Tone residential complex progressed actively: in Building 1, Section 1.1, the team moved on to pouring the floor slab of the 4th floor, while in Section 1.2, 10 flights of stairs were installed. Builders also completed covering the inter-section archway and began working on the basement in Section 2.3 of Building 2. In total, 264 m³ of concrete were poured at the site over the month, steadily maintaining a strong pace.

30th April 2026

Construction at the New Tone residential complex is moving precisely on schedule: during April, Section 1.1 reached the floor slab of the 3rd floor, while Section 1.2 is already concreting the vertical elements of the 8th floor. Additionally, workers installed scaffolding and formwork to construct the inter-section archway. In total, 121.8 m³ of concrete were poured at the site over the month, ensuring a stable pace and compliance with all technical requirements.

23th March 2026

As of March 23, 2026, construction at the New Tone residential complex is actively ongoing: in Building No. 1, workers are finalizing floor concreting and basement waterproofing, with 330 m³ of concrete poured. In Building No. 2, foundation slabs have already been completed for a portion of the sections, and piling work has been fully finalized in the remaining ones.
