Construction in September 2025: work completed during the month

A significant volume of work was completed across all company construction sites during September 2025.

Active construction continues at Perfect Group properties. Every site demonstrates steady dynamics — the process does not stop, and all objects are developing according to schedule. New floors, structural components, and facade elements are gradually shaping the appearance of future buildings as they confidently take form within the urban landscape.

Stanford RC

Section 101

  • Floor slab installation for the final floor has been completed.

Section 102

  • Elevator installation is 10% complete — installation of elevators and assembly of cabins have begun.
  • Roofing work is 40% complete (vapor barrier and insulation have been installed; next stages include screed pouring and the initial layer of roofing material).
  • Glazing and facade insulation are underway: glazing is at approximately 60%, and facade insulation is at 60%.

Section 103

  • The roofing is fully complete with the first layer of roofing material applied. Overall, roofing work is 80% complete.
  • The storm water drainage system from the roof down to the ground floor has been fully installed.

Section 104

  • External Thermal Insulation Composite System (ETICS / “wet facade”) insulation for communication and ventilation shafts has been completed — 150 m².
  • “Wet facade” work is 60% complete.

Section 105

  • Insulation work has begun, with 70 m² of insulation material applied.
  • “Wet facade” work is 30% complete.

Section 106

  • Insulation of the roof ventilation shafts and utility structures has been completed — approximately 300 m² using the “wet facade” method.
  • “Wet facade” work is 98% complete, with only painting remaining.
  • Ventilated facade installation is 80% complete.

Section 108

  • 2 floors were erected over the past month.

Section 110

  • Vertical structural elements of the -2 floor, the slab over the -3 floor, and part of the vertical elements of the -3 floor have been completed.

Parking

  • The floor slab has been partially completed on the -5 floor.

Other works

  • External utility lines have been laid from Section 106 to Section 110.
  • Tie-ins for the sanitary sewer and storm water drainage systems have been completed.
  • Water supply pipelines have been laid.
  • Work in the pump room and boiler room of the first launch complex is 80% complete.
  • Concrete poured: 658.5 m³

Polaris Home&Plaza PC

  • Section 3.2: Window installation has been completed on floors 18–22.
  • Section 3.1: Monolithic slab installation over the 23rd floor has been completed.
  • Section 2.2: Work has commenced on the floor slab over the 3rd floor. Brickwork for floors 5–6 has been completed; 718 m³ of concrete was used.

Action Plan for October:

  • Finishing work in the technical utility rooms of Sections 4.1 and 3.3.
  • Erecting new floors (brickwork and monolithic structures) in Sections 2.1, 3.1, and 3.2.
  • Completing window installation up to the 24th floor.

Apart-hotel VELMY

Block А

  • The floor slab at the -6.600 m level has been installed.
  • Work on the lower slab of the SO1 stylobate is nearly complete.
  • Ventilation blocks for the utility shafts have been delivered to the site.
  • Reinforcement of vertical structures up to the -3.300 m level has commenced.

Block B

  • Column installation and the floor slab at the -6.600 m level have been completed.
  • Reinforcement of structural elements from the -6.600 m to -3.300 m levels is currently underway.
  • Thermal insulation inserts for balconies have been installed.

Waterproofing & Drainage

  • Lateral waterproofing of the external stylobate/basement walls is in progress.
  • Upon completion, backfilling with crushed stone will be performed for drainage purposes.
  • 3,800 tons of crushed stone have been laid (Phase 1, foundation pit level).

At present, the stylobate of Block A is approximately 50% complete. Block B has been erected up to the lower-level slab. Reinforcement and waterproofing works are proceeding concurrently.

Clubhouse La Manche

  • Facade insulation for Section 5 has been completed using double-layer mineral wool (two layers of 50 mm each).
  • Installation work on the facade guiding rails (sub-framing system) has commenced.
